The name and address of the tenderer as well as the number of the invitation to tender must be written on the outside of the envelope. ACCEPTANCE OF SUBMISSIONS The CHU de Québec-Université Laval does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders. COMPLIANCE The goods proposed in the tender must comply with the description or the technical requirements in the estimate.
