Renovation of a parking garage in Decatur, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Meigs County is seeking 'Sealed Bids' for the repair/remodel of an existing restroom and addition of a second restroom at our highway department. Location and specifications for the project can be requested from the Finance office @ 423-334-5846 or financedirector@meigscounty.org. Remove & replace rotted & deteriorating North wall- Hwy Dept has some metal roofing for the outside & inside wall - (Old bathroom) Proposed Remodel **Needs 2 courses of block laid then wall on top of that to prevent later damage Proposed New Additional Bathroom o New toilet o New sink-wall mount o Use old urinal o New hot water heater (old one is broken) o New plumbing water & sewer o New exhaust fan o New light o Insulate o Wrap the outside & inside with OSB before putting on metal o New door o 2x4 Stud walls o Create new door where window is at in the garage o Concrete pad -approximately 10' x 12' o Plumbing- water & sewer o 2-coarses of block o 2- walls & ceiling- 2x4 walls 2x8-ceiling o Needs exhaust fan o Lighting & Electrical o Toilet o Sink-wall mount o OSB wrapped walls before installing metal o Insulate o Door o Hwy Dept has the metal that can be used inside & out o Front wall could need rebuilt but without tearing it out don't know
