Question Acceptance Deadline 03/19/2023 07:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online Yes Description Project Purpose: Clean ALL exterior windows and any interior windows, of select buildings, which are taller than 6' from floor height or are above 6' from the floor. Contracted existing janitorial company is currently responsible for all interior windows 6' or shorter or below 6' from floor height including glass doors. At the end of each scheduled cleaning, provide a report showing any areas in need of attention by yours or other service providers for repair issues such as corrosion, glazing issues, or other window issue outside of this cleaning scope. CoL Facility Maintenance does own a scissor lift with a 36' reach to loan for this work.
