Site work and paving for a road / highway in Vail, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Public Works Department will not be scheduling a pre-bid meeting. The Town of Vail requests Bids for: A 2" mill and asphalt overlay on local neighborhoods roads in East Vail and at the Public Work Complex, approximately 2,700 Tons asphalt. Work is scheduled to be performed between May 15 and August 25, 2023. Any questions concerning this Request for Bids shall be directed IN WRITING ONLY to the Town by E-MAIL: csalli@vailgov.com. All questions shall be directed to the contacts listed above no later than 12:00 P.M. Wednesday of the week prior to bid opening (8 calendar days). Final questions and answers will be sent to pre-qualified bidders that had requested Drawings and Specifications for the Project no later than Monday morning of bid opening week. No Addenda will be issued later than March 22, 2023, except for an addendum, if necessary, postponing the Bid date or withdrawing the Invitation for Bids.
