Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Thornbury, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,600-square-foot, one-story above grade warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.
This Invitation to Tender (the "ITT") is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of the Blue Mountains (the "Town") to prospective bidders to submit bids for the Supply & Installation of a Fabric Storage Building at Tomahawk Operations Centre, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The Town invites qualified contractors to provide all materials, tools and equipment, labour, transportation, and supervision to construct a 3600 square foot fabric shelter at the Parks Operation Centre located at 417222 Tenth Line Thornbury.
