The Klamath Hall AHU 3&4 Chilled Water Coil Replacement Project located on the campus of the University of Oregon, in Eugene, Oregon (Project). The Project includes OR is generally described as all work, parts and labor required for the removal and replacement of the chilled water coils located in the basement mechanical room of Klamath Hall. The work includes but is not limited to removal and replacement of chilled water coils, piping, adjustment sheet metal flashing, insulation, and associated accessories. The new coils size is decreased due to removal of some portion of the building HVAC system previously served from these AHUs, and the coil selection The Owner will provide the successful Bidder with Contract Documents within 10 calendar days after the award of the Contract. The Bidder shall be required to execute the Contract as provided, including a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond from a surety company licensed to do surety business in the State of Oregon, within 20 calendar days after the award of the Contract. The Contract Documents shall be delivered to the Owner in accordance with Owners policies and procedures Instructions to Bidders upon the Bid form provided. UO encourages bids from Minority, Women, and Emerging Small Businesses. The Owner reserves the right to reject all Bids and to waive minor informalities. The Owner reserves the right to hold the Bid of the three lowest Bidders for a period of 30 calendar days from the time of Bid opening pending award of the Contract. All Work on the Project shall be completed by April 20, 2023
