Project Description: The project includes work to furnish and install two new split-system, variable refrigerant flow heat pumps with an approximate combined capacity of 24 tons, including 17 indoor units, including associated branch boxes, refrigerant and drainage lines, as well as controls and electrical. All work shall achieve substantial completion within sixty (60) WORKING DAYS of receiving a Notice to Proceed. Time extensions may be granted for rainfall days that prevent work that is already in progress. The Engineer's estimated range for this project is between $400,000 and $450,000. The City expressly reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive minor informalities.
