The Work consists of the mill and overlay of Lakeline Blvd (From Crystal Falls Pkwy to Stinnett Drive). Additionally, bid alternates include the edge mill and overlay or mill and overlay to include multiple full-depth repairs of various roadway segments of Lakeline Blvd (From City Limit to Crystal Falls Pkwy), Union Street (From Crystal Falls to Washington Square Dr) and Horizon Park Blvd (From Crystal Falls to McCarthur Drive). Bids received after the specified time or delivered to any other City's location may be returned unopened. The OWNER's representative opening the Bids shall establish the official cut-off time for receiving the Bids. Bidders should read and understand all terms and conditions contained in these Contract Documents. Contract Time is of the essence and all Work shall be substantially completed within Ninety (90) Calendar Days and finally completed within one hundred and twenty (120) Calendar Days after the Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages are five hundred ($500.00) Dollars per Calendar Day. All locations and dimensions shown on plan are approximate. It is the intent of the proposed improvements to match the existing geometry of the site. The proposed improvements is not intended for roadway redesign/reconstruction. Any discrepancies from plan dimensions shall be brought to the attention of the City of Leander Public Works department prior to construction. Q&A deadline is at 5:00 pm (CST) on 03/10/2023
