As of May 1, 2023, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. West Hanover Township Authority will receive bids for the Beaver Creek & Unnamed Tributary to Beaver Creek Stream Restoration Project. Clarification Deadline 3/24/2023 5:00 PM The work will include, but not necessarily be limited to, approximately 1,300 linear feet of streambank stabilization and riparian buffer planting. A certified check or bid bond for the amount of ten percent of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This contract is subject to the following: the PA Prevailing Wage Rates; the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSHA) conditions; the Pennsylvania Act 229 of 2002; the Pennsylvania One Call Act, also known as the Underground Utility Line Protection Law, Act 287 of 1974, as amended; the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act 222 Conditions; the Non-discrimination in Employment/Contract Compliance Regulations Conditions; requirement of a non-collusion affidavit; and the Public Works Employment Verification Act. West Hanover Township Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
