You are invited to bid on Contract "A" and/or Contact "B" to provide bridge inspection access equipment and maintenance and protection of traffic services for two NBIS inspections (Spring and Fall 2023) of one (1) State-owned Bridge (S.R. 0083 South Bridge over Susquehanna River and Norfolk Southern Railway) located in PennDOT District 8-0 Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. Bids shall be on a unit price basis; segregated Bids will not be accepted. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE3/12/2023 11:00 AM Contract "A" - Provide Bridge Inspection Access Equipment and Maintenance and Protection of Traffic Services (60' crane) Contract "B" - Provide Bridge Inspection Access Equipment and Maintenance and Protection of Traffic Services (75' crane) The Work is anticipated to begin in April 2023 and end in December 2023. Weekend work will be avoided when possible but may be required at times. The completed, signed bid forms and required attachments must be uploaded to the PennBid site in pdf file format. The total bid prices for each contract pursued must also be entered into under the BID FORM- PRICING tab. The Bid documents can be found on the site under the DOCUMENTS tab.
