The Johnstown Redevelopment Authority is accepting two separate sealed Bids for the bulk purchase of Sodium Hypochlorite (2023-WWTP-2) for the Dornick Point Wastewater Treatment Plant. Accompanying each Bid shall be a certified check, cashier s check, or Bid Bond in the amount of $5,000 payable to the Johnstown Redevelopment Authority. Federal, State, and Local Municipal regulations applicable to this type of service shall apply. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to re-advertise, or to waive any informality in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Authority for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualification of the bidders, prior to awarding the contract. Bidders may bid on individual chemicals or both. The award of these bids will be individually.
