Saving Project...

Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Fridley, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

Each bidder shall accompany the Bid Form with a bid security as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Fridley reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the City of Fridley would be best served thereby. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. This portion of the project involves: earthwork and grading, removing asphalt and parking lot curbs and replace with new. Remove pedestrian walkways and replace new. General landscaping and irrigation with plantings. Recreation courts and preparation for future playground (playground by others, not in project scope). Site utilities with connection to existing. All in accordance with plans dated 2/17/23 and prepared by Oertel Architects, LTD. All work under the contract must be completed in accordance with the Construction Manager's schedules.
