Upon consideration of the proposals, the City of Chickasha reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to waive technicalities and to make any investigation deemed necessary concerning the proponent's ability to provide the services as covered by the specifications, and to accept what in their judgment is the most advantageous proposal. Due to the type of project this is, the contractor will be able to use tax and sales tax exempt on this project. The project consists of demolishing and disposing of dilapidated buildings, vegetation, fencing, walls and other appurtenant items on City-owned property at Lake Chickasha in Caddo County near Verden, Oklahoma. Bids shall be made in accordance with this Request for Proposals and the Bidding Documents.
