Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Kissimmee, Florida. Completed plans call for the addition of a 2,000-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; for the demolition of a hospitality development; and detention facility.

The successful Bidder shall be awarded a contract for the completion of the Celebration High School Classroom Reconfiguration Project and to establish a fixed price per the terms and quantities specified herein. First Floor Plan Converting the existing Hotel operations 601 into three (3) classrooms, approximately 2,000 SQ. FT of space. Demolish all ceilings, lighting, mechanical diffusers supply and return in preparation for new ceiling grids for individual classrooms. School store 601B to be reduced in area to a small ticket room. Project storage to be completed demolished. Material storage 603E Demolish west wall of material storage. Remove doors and door frame and infill with stud framed walls assembly. All demolition associated with these spaces will include walls, doors, ceiling and any wall mounted switches and devices. Maintain flooring as much as possible and provide new flooring to match existing locations demolished partitions. Provide (2) two new openings in external tilt wall panel (north wall) for access to new classrooms. Associated exterior lighting is required to be added to the new classroom entrance. A new 5' wide concrete sidewalk to connect the entrance to the 2nd and 3rd classrooms with a pre-engineered canopy system is required to the north side of the building. This proposed canopy system will need to be tied into the storm system. Second Floor Plan Converting the existing Criminal Justice Operations 643 into one larger classroom. Demolish small group rooms to accommodate one large classroom space. Demolish all ceilings, lighting, mechanical diffusers supply and return in preparation for new ceiling grids for a single large classroom. This classroom will not have any exterior windows. The project will be proposed as a trade Hard Bid, to ensure adherence to the project schedule, with completion in a phased schedule. Phase 1 focusing on the resurfacing and completion of the parking lot and fence project. Phase two focusing on all field work, demolition refinishing of courts, and Mulberry Avenue sidewalk completion. A separate contract document is included as part of this bid, see Attachment 2. No exceptions to the contract will be accepted. The lowest, responsive and responsible bidder shall be prepared to sign the attached contract "as is" within twenty-four hour notice of the posting of the intend to award.
