As Currently Planned, the Project Will Include Construction of a One- or Two-story, Woodframed Structure With a Footprint of About 24,000 Square Feet (Sf). We Understand the Structure Will Be Constructed Near Existing Site Grades With No Below-grade Levels in the Central Portion of the Site. Foundation Loads Are Estimated at Approximately 100 Kips to 200 Kips for Columns and 4 Kips/foot for Walls. We Understand the Planned Improvements Will Be Designed and Constructed in Accordance With the 2019 Ossc, Which References Asce 7-16.We anticipate the finished floor elevation will be established near existing site grades and cuts and fills required to establish finished grades will generally be less than about 5 feet. Additional improvements will include new access driveways, parking areas, and water and sanitary sewer lines. We anticipate the parking areas and drive lanes will be paved with asphalt concrete (AC) pavement and heavily loaded areas, such as trash enclosures, will be paved with portland cement concrete (PCC) pavement. Onsite infiltration of stormwater surface runoff is being considered for the project.
