Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in San Bernardino, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to complete the Project that includes removal of old toilets and install new with plumbed water and sewer lines and connections to existing underground utilities; install ADA fixtures and upgrades as shown on the Bid Documents, including the Specifications. Bids must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or a bid bond in favor of the District in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the submitted total bid price.The successful bidder will be required to furnish the District with a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each equal to 100% of the successful bid, prior to execution of the contract.
