For the following improvements: Road District MFT Contract Resurfacing Township Section Construction of bituminous pavement consisting of the following: HMA Surface Course, IL 9.5, N50; HMA Leveling Binder (Machine Method), N50; HMA Binder Course, IL 19.0, N50; HMA Surface Removal - Butt Joint; Bituminous Material (Prime Coat); Bituminous Materials (Tack Coat); Cover and Seal Coats (Type A); Short Term Pavement Markings (Special); Pavement Patching; Removal and Disposal of Unsuitable Materials; Aggregate Base Repair; Base Preparation - Pulverization (Special); HMA Surface Removal (Special); Paint and Thermoplastic Pavement Markings together with other miscellaneous work. Road District FOB Materials (HMA Surface Course, IL 9.5, N50) Township Section All proposals shall be submitted on forms furnished by MCDOT which may be obtained on-line or at the Office of the County Engineer. The County reserves the right to reject any, or all proposals and to waive technicalities. Prequalification of bidders in accordance with LRS 6 is required. Not less than the prevailing rate of wages as found by McHenry County or the Department of Labor, or as determined by the Court on Review, shall be paid to all laborers, workers and mechanics performing work as indicated in the Special Provisions of the Specifications. All proposals must be accompanied by a proposal guarantee in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the bid, or as provided in the Special Provision for Bidding Requirements and Conditions for Contract Proposals, LRS 6.
