The time for Substantial Completion is 109 consecutive daysfrom the Notice to Proceed and shall be achieved no later than Friday, September 1, 2023. The Bidder must include a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for 100% of the amount of their bid or a certified check in the amount of 10% of their total bid. See Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. The OAKS Capital Improvements ( OAKS CI ) module, Ohio s Web-based project management system, is being utilized for the Project. The Contractor shall use OAKS CI module for all compatible services required under the Contract. All costs for the Contractor s use of OAKS CI for the Project shall be included in the Contract Sum, and additional compensation shall not be provided.
