A timeline for award has not yet been established. the Village of Northbrook that sealed bids will be received for the construction of drainage improvements which generally consist of the regrading, shaping, and restoration of drainage ditch. The project includes improvements at 1 location within the Village of Northbrook, Illinois. Paper copies will not be provided by the Owner. All work under this contract shall comply with the Prevailing Wage Rate Act of the State of Illinois, 820 ILCS 130/1 et seq. and Employment of Illinois Works on Public Works Act (30 ILCS 570/). Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after closing date without the consent of the Board of Trustees. Any Bid submitted unsealed, unsigned, fax transmissions or received subsequent to the aforementioned date and time, may be disqualified and returned to the bidder. The Village of Northbrook reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bidding process or in any Bidder's Proposal and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interest of the Village. The bidder's attention is called to the Village's policy of not allowing the procedure of trailing lien waivers.
