Liquid aluminum sulfate supplied must be made from "alumina trihydrate" and shall meet all specification as identified in AWWA Standard B403-16 and ANSI/NSF Standard 60 certification for use in potable water. Estimated annual usage is approximately 225 liquid tons. All quantities are tentative. Deliveries are to be made to 750 Dundee Road, Northbrook, Illinois 60062, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., as ordered, as needed. Deliveries shall include a Certificate of Analysis. Questions: Eugene Dabrowski, Water Plant Supervisor at (847) 664-4136 Please remit quotation no later than 10:00 A.M. local time March 30, 2023, to 655 Huehl Road, Northbrook, Illinois 60062, Attention: Jack Tierney, Management Analyst, 847-272-4711. Clearly mark remitting quotation "SEALED QUOTE - LIQUID ALUMINUM SULFATE" and be sure quotation is signed by authorized representative. NO FAXED OR EMAILED BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Bids shall be publicly read on Thursday, March 30 at 10:00 a.m at 655 Huehl Road, Northbrook, IL. The village reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive informalities.
