Sealed bids will be received, opened, and publicly read by the Owner for the Rehabilitation of the Stillwaters 200,000-Gallon Elevated Water Storage Tank project. The Project is generally described as follows: o Brushblasting and Overcoating Exterior Surfaces o Brushblasting and Overcoating Interior Surfaces o Miscellaneous Repairs o Logo for Tank The Owner requires the Project to be completed in sixty (60) calendar days from date of Notice to Proceed. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or cashier's check in the amount of a sum no less than five (5) percent of the Bid Price but not more than $10,000.00. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the bidder, bidder's license number, address and name of the project. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids. The cutoff date for questions and interpretations on this project shall be 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 3, 2023.
