Site work and renovation of a casino in La Malbaie, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a casino; and for site work for a casino.
Upgrades, repairs and improvement to the owner's building located at 181 Rue Richelieu, La Malbaie, QC G5A 1X7. The scope of the project includes the redevelopment of the common areas including lobby, restaurants, dining room, shops, updates of the rooms of the main building (approximately 300 existing rooms) and transformation of rooms into suites, modification of the rooms of the pavilion into a condominium (approximately 90 existing rooms), complete replacement of furniture and equipment in rooms and suites and reconfiguration of exterior access routes. TIMELINE: The awarded architectural professional consultant has completed preparatory studies and preliminary analyzes related to the project, and submitted the study report to the owner. The project is under review. In the event of obtaining required approvals, the owner will proceed to the project implementation. Project will be followed if/when it proceed to a design stage. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
