Overall, the work includes, but is not limited to, debonding, granular reloading, paving and other related work. The tenderer who will be awarded the contract must carry out the work in accordance with the tender documents. The City of La Malbaie incurs no liability for the fact that written notices or any documents conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any errors or omissions whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure, before tendering, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. Unless otherwise indicated, this call for tenders is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and, when applicable, to the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO). Ville de La Malbaie does not undertake to accept either the lowest bid or any of the bids received. It declines any responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of Ville de La Malbaie, at its sole discretion, and Ville de La Malbaie cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. A tender guarantee of 10% of the submitted price must accompany the tender.
