The Contractor shall, at its own cost and expense, furnish all construction and other services (including, but not limited to, all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, administration, supervision, and incidental and customary work) necessary and appropriate to fully and adequately complete the Project in strict accordance with the Contract Documents ("Work").
Should any detail or dimension be inadvertently omitted from the Plans and Specifications, it shall be the Contractor's responsibility to request from the Architect the required details or information and to perform the Work in conformance therewith so that, upon completion of the Work, it will be acceptable
and ready for use by the District. The Work consists of any and all labor, materials, goods, supplies, equipment, tools, utilities,
temporary facilities, transportation, delivery services, and other services and things of any nature
whatsoever as are expressly and impliedly necessary to timely and satisfactorily complete the
Project: (i) in strict accordance with the Contract Documents; and (ii) not later than the Required
Completion Date specified in the Master Schedule. The Work consists generally of the following:
