The purpose of this solicitation is to solicit responses to enter into a contract with a qualified vendor to obtain the products and services listed for Salt Lake Community College. After reviewing the submitted responses, the College may choose not to proceed with the procurement. PROJECT BREIF DESCRIPTION: New Outdoor Dining areas in Juniper Building on the Herriman Campus at 3823 Real Vista Dr., Herriman, Utah 84096, per attached drawings and specs. The school has determined that Landscape Forms, Inc. provides a good quality, and the design and color schemes match the school's designs. Landscape Form's part numbers are listed in the part number column of the list below. Alternates will be accepted if the color scheme and design are approved by the college interior design team and architect. Please submit drawings, specs, brochures and part numbers or style numbers with color schemes with bid so that any alternates can be assessed. Please include assembly and installation as separate line item in quote.
