Project Description: TRC relocation to use the existing BCI Building. Please see the attached feasibility study for the full scope of work. The square footage of remodeled space is 7057 square foot. We will need a fullservice design to meet the scope of the work. We would also like the bathrooms included as an alternate in the design. Another request is to get the project done as quickly as we can without adding costs or affecting the overall quality. The lease is up at the end of the year, and we are planning on extending it but we don't want to extend it too far. We are planning on a project delivery process of a design bid build.
