Scope of Work 1. Tennis Court 1 a. Remove existing fencing along the bleachers and replace the fencing with new black chain-link fencing at an equal height as the surrounding fencing. b. Install man gate with kick plate and lock box within center of the newly installed fence. 2. Power House 1 a. Remove and dispose of existing windscreen. b. Install new windscreen matching the color of the windscreen at the Tennis Courts. c. Each door is 44" L X 11' H. There are a total of 2 doors. 3. Power House 2 a. Fix and realign hinged doors to posts. b. Remove and dispose existing chain link and wood slats. c. Replace with royal blue privacy link fencing to the existing gate frame. 4. Power House 3 a. Build a 2-sided chain linked fence enclosure with a maximum height of 6' for the dumpsters. b. Include (1) 12'L X 6'H double drive swing gate. c. Install royal blue privacy link throughout the enclosure. 5. Power House 4 a. Remove and dispose of existing windscreen. b.
