Renovation of a mixed-use development in Charlottesville, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Pre-qualified bidders are invited to submit bids for Project The Work shall be completed under one (1) Prime Contract with the Owner including but not limited to: A. Renovations to the High School Athletic office suite including: 1) Miscellaneous demolition to provide, 2) One (1) new office, 3) New carpet, wall base and paint, 4) Existing ceiling grid to remain, with new cross bars and 2x2 ceiling tiles, 5) Minor MEP work to accommodate upgrades. B. Renovations to the High School Media Center and adjoining rooms including: 1) Miscellaneous demolition to provide, 2) New partition wall in Art room, 3) New partition wall in Technology office, 4) New casework in Technology office and Art room, 5) New door to connect Art Room to Media Center, 6) New carpet, LVT, wall base and paint in rooms, 7) New and re-configured ceilings, 8) MEP work to accommodate upgrades and reconfigurations. C. Renovations to the Middle School restrooms including: 1) Miscellaneous demolition to provide, 2) New resinous flooring with integral cove base, and new paint, 3) New toilet partitions and accessories, 4) Existing ceiling grid to remain, with new cross bars and 2x2 ceiling tiles. D. Renovations to the Administration Building including: 1) Miscellaneous demolition to provide, 2) New secure entry with new storefront entry door and vestibule, 3) One (1) new office and reconfiguration of two (2) existing offices, 4) Patch and repair of existing finishes, 5) Minor MEP work to accommodate reconfigurations. 6) Alternate Bid to provide new windows throughout Administration Building. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of ten (10) percent of the bid amount. Security may be supplied as certified check, cashier's check or Bid Bond for 10% of the base bid plus all additive Alternate bids payable to Center Grove Community School Corporation. B. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Bidders must be in compliance with Indiana statues regarding pre-qualification. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, a separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. 110% performance and payment bonds will be required from successful bidders. Bonds shall be made only with approved surety companies and said bonds shall remain in force and effect for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of completion and acceptance of the longest guarantee provided under the contractor's contract.
