This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Collier Township, Pennsylvania. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

This project involves any and all emergency or on-call sanitary sewer work within the Township, including, but not limited to sanitary sewer point repair projects, sanitary manhole repair projects, heavy sewer cleaning and root cutting, bypass pumping, televising, and any other necessary work on an on-call basis. All technical questions regarding the project should be submitted to Travis K. Stanczyk, P.E. by email at travis.stanczyk@gibson-thomas.com. Proposals must be submitted on the forms provided. Proposals to receive consideration must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of Collier Township in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal as a guarantee that, if the Proposal is accepted, the successful Bidder will enter into an Agreement within fifteen (15) days after Notice of the Award of the Contract. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract Value will be required upon execution of the Contract. All contractors must adhere to Act 127 of 2012 (Public Works Employment Verification Act). No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the same has been filed with Collier Township. No Bidder may withdraw his Proposal during the sixty (60) day period without forfeiting his Bid guarantee. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in bids received.
