Bid Intent Deadline 2023/03/15 11:00:00 AM EDT This Request for Procurement (the "RFP") by the Township of South Glengarry invites Quotations from qualifies Bidders for the installation of thirty-six (36) hamlet signs located across the Township. a) Remove existing hamlet signs and their posts. Signs to be salvaged where possible. b) Supply wooden pressure treated posts (6" x 6", 150mm x 150mm) and all hardware required for sign installation. c) Install enhanced hamlet signs each two posts, including all labour, equipment and site preparation. All posts must be installed as a single uniform post with 6" x 6" posts drilled to ensure breakaway as per OPSD 985.210. d) Necessary traffic control during all work, including personnel, signage, and equipment. e) Restore all work sites to their original state, including removal of construction debris and brush. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com award subject to final approval
