Reference Number 0000255719 Pricing Lump sum Question Deadline 09/19/2023 at 11:00 AM ET This Request for Procurement (the "RFP") by the Township of South Glengarry invites Quotations from qualifies Bidders for the provision of snow clearing of parking lots and walkways at Township owned facilities. The scope of work for this RFQ is further described below: a) Provide snow clearing and ice melt services in accordance with the parking lot and walkway requirements provided in Appendix A. b) Supply a list of 24/7 emergency contact information to enable the Township to contact operators if needed. c) Sidewalks and Pathways equipment must have a maximum blade size of 4-feet, a snowblower, and a salter. The salter must have the ability to be turn off during spot salting operations. d) Road equipment must have a maximum blade size of 10-feet. The facility locations and requested services are provided in Appendix A. It will be the successful Contractor's responsibility to review all facilities sites with the Township prior. This review meeting must occur a minimum of one week prior to the commencement of installation. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
