*Award subject to final approval Reference number: 1693809 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-03-10 Université de Montréal is inviting tenders for redevelopment work to be carried out at the Jean-Coutu Pavilion located at its Mountain Campus. Summary of the project and work to be carried out: Patching and painting of walls; Floor maintenance; Repair of gypsum partitions; Installation of new electrical services; Installation of new network services; Balancing of ventilation systems; Related works. The project is divided into two phases (Phase 1 and Phase 2). The zones are defined in the architectural plans. The project is divided into two sub-projects (55921 and 55995) which will be carried out simultaneously. Work schedule: The Contractor agrees to take all necessary measures to meet the schedule for starting the work on or around 2023-05-11 allowing the issuance of the Certificate of Final Acceptance no later than: 2023-08-18. Phase 1: Enter May 11 and June 23. Phase 2: between June 26 and August 18. No work can be carried out outside of this schedule. In the event of a delay, the contractor must ensure that the premises can be used. The work must be completed in coordination with University activities (evenings and weekends). *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
