Site work for a recreation facility in Spokane Valley, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a recreation facility.
This work is a Public Work project, for the Spokane County Fair & Expo Center Department, managed by the Spokane County Purchasing Department. The Contractor must pay prevailing wages, provide insurance and meet all applicable State and local rules and regulations governing a Public Work project. A Surety Bond is not required for this project. Description of Work: Work includes installing two, (2) gated opening (96' in gates) and 633' of fence for combined approximate total of 729'. Questions regarding the bid shall be submitted via www.publicpurchase.com. The County will officially respond to questions via www.publicpurchase.com, thus providing all questions and answers to all prospective Offerors.
