P13371 Spokane County Requests That Qualified Parties Submit Proposals To: www.publicpurchase.com PURPOSE: The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to furnish and deliver rubberized asphalt crack sealant in melt-able packaging annually for the Spokane County Public Works Department on an """as needed""" basis. THE BOARD hereby notifies all bidders that no person or organization shall be discriminated against on the basis of race, religion, color, age, sex, sexual orientation or national origin in consideration for an award issued pursuant to this advertisement. Additionally, minority and women owned business enterprises are encouraged to submit bids in response to this invitation. COPIES of the ITB document are only available electronically and can be downloaded from www.publicpurchase.com. SUBMITTALS, due by 11am local time, March 22, 2023, should follow the format outlined in the request for bid document on www.publicpurchase.com.
