The goal of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to engage with a Design Build Firm ("DB Firm") to facilitate high quality, timely, and cost-efficient services to design, construct, and closeout the Citizen's Park ("CP") Improvements - Phase 1 project which includes 1) improvements to the existing CP softball field and 2) the creation of a plaza on the north side of CP as called for in the 2020 Parks and Recreation Master Plan. More details about the scope of the project can be found below. The overall process for the design-build award is that selection of the DB Firm will be made based on qualifications and experience in response to this RFP, as well as the design fee, general conditions, and construction markups. Subsequent hard cost construction pricing will be developed at a later stage, and the construction document phase shall establish initial and then final guaranteed maximum price (GMP).
