Contract No. 2- - Construct Bituminous Fiber Reinforced Bituminous Seal Coat and Bituminous Seal Coat, approximately 31,409 S.Y. Contract No. 1 - $69,150.00; Contract No. 2 - $189,738.00 CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 3/3/2023 5:00 PM The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Warrington Township. The successful bidder, when awarded a contract, shall furnish Performance and Payment Bonds (with suitable surety) as specified in the Contract. Contract No. 1 and Contract No. 2 are not subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Warrington Township Board of Supervisors reserve the right to reject any or all proposals and to make an award that is in the best interest of the Township.
