The Project includes the following approximate quantities of Work for Contract 2-2023: 520 linear feet (LF) of sanitary sewer; 350 LF of water main; 900 LF of storm sewer; common excavation; 3,000 tons (T) of base course; 1,700 LF of concrete curb and gutter; 6,900 square feet (SF) of concrete sidewalk and driveway apron; 1,000 T of asphaltic concrete pavement, epoxy pavement markings, turf restoration, and related miscellaneous work. The Project includes the following approximate quantities of Work for Contract 3-2023: 2,100 LF of force main; 140 LF of storm sewer; common excavation; 10,300 square yards (SY) of asphalt pavement pulverization; 1,300 T of base course; 3,100 LF of concrete curb and gutter; 23,000 SF of concrete sidewalk and driveway apron; 3,000 T of asphaltic concrete pavement, epoxy pavement markings, turf restoration, and related miscellaneous work. Pre-Qualification: Yes The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. The City of Stoughton reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
