As of June 20, 2023 the project was awarded to BKS Excavating Inc. , awarded amount is $275840.00 As of 04/27/2023 The estimated cost is in the $250,000 to $300,000 range. Description: The Project includes the following approximate quantities of Work: 360 linear feet (LF) of storm sewer; common excavation; 1,600 tons (T) of base course; 950 LF of concrete curb and gutter; 2,400 square feet of concrete driveway apron; 500 T of asphaltic concrete pavement, turf restoration, and related miscellaneous work. Additional Description: The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. The City of Stoughton reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. Prospective Bidders are required to complete and submit a prequalification questionnaire with supporting documents to OWNER (see Instructions to Bidders). Prequalification forms will be provided with Bidding Document sets. Completed forms are to be submitted n *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
