Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 24 Lawn mowing, vegetation removal and mowing service - several lots The Center de services scolaire de Laval owns more than one hundred and fifteen (115) establishments on the territory of the island of Laval. In order to keep our establishments in good condition, we are looking for one or more companies that can provide the expertise, labor, tools and equipment necessary to perform lawn mowing and removal services. vegetation, mowing and cleaning up debris on the ground. The establishments of the PUBLIC BODY are divided into seven (7) lots. Contract start date: May 1 , 2023 End date of the contract: October 31, 2024 Summary description of the options Renewal Option : One (1) one (1) year renewal option. The contract is for a period of two firm years, ie 2023 and 2024, with the possibility of one (1) year extension. The year of extension is at the discretion of the PUBLIC BODY and it must be under the same terms and conditions as the last year, ie 2024. The period of activity is from May 1 to October 31 of each year. Option to provide additional services: A renewal option or an option to provide additional services of the same nature as those initially required, offered at the same price and intended to meet the needs covered by this contract .
