Awarded to CW Mathews Tsplost Resurfacing Phase II (2023) Spalding County is accepting sealed bids from qualified firms, meaning a Prequalified Prime Contractor listed by the Georgia Department of Transportation, Office of Contract Administration, to provide materials, equipment, labor, and services necessary (including traffic control) for paving, resurfacing and striping work on various roadways in Spalding County for a TSPLOST RESURFACING PHASE II (2023) Project. A. The Contractor shall perform the resurfacing and striping. Removal and disposal of waste asphalt and dirt shall be the responsibility of the Contractor and at no additional cost to Spalding County. Spalding County reserves the right to reject the submission of the offending bidder if this provision is violated. The deadline to submit questions is Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at 12:00PM. Questions received after the deadline will not receive a response. The Contractor is to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the required construction as described in its entirety to the specifications as directed and the terms of this contract including all incidentals as directed by the Spalding County Director of Public Works.
