Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in El Dorado, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; transportation facility; and transportation facility.
Contractors bidding need not be pre-qualified but shall be qualified to do the work Furnishing all labor, materials and equipment and performing all work necessary to: Construct Access Road and Parking Lot. In general, this work will require the following approximate quantities: PAVEMENT REMOVAL (3,420 SY); UNCLASSIFIED EXCAVATION (240 CY); 7" CONCRETE PAVEMENT (3,331 SY); 4" AGGREGATE BASE (3,573 SY); 8" CEMENT TREATED SUBGRADE (3,816 SY); PAINTING; SEEDING Questions regarding bids shall be directed to Brian Coomes, P.E., consulting engineer at (620) 670-5102 or email at bcoomes@olsson.com.
