Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a golf course; for site work for a golf course; pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.
The City of Gatlinburg is accepting proposals on the purchase and installation of a closed loop equipment wash pad system for the Gatlinburg Golf Course at 520 Dollywood Lane, Pigeon Forge, TN. The project also includes the construction of an appropriately sized metal framed building over wash pad. The system should be a Freylit system or another brand/model that is equivalent.
