Demolition, site work and new construction of a retail development in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 40,000-square-foot, two-story above grade retail development; for the demolition of a retail development; and for site work for a retail development.
Provide full design services including advance planning & programming for the demolition of the existing Lunch Stand and construction of a new two-story building (approx. 40,000 SF) to meet current needs. Design services are also necessary to modify the existing campus high voltage electrical system to serve the new building. Anticipated Design services include architecture, civil/site/roadway engineering, MEP engineering, structural engineering, and surveying. Bidding, Construction Administration, and Closeout services will also be required in accordance with the State Construction Manual once the project has been fully funded. NC Licensing Statement : In order to offer architectural, engineering, or landscape architectural services in response to this solicitation, the proposing firm must be properly licensed to practice Architecture, Engineering, or Landscape Architecture in the State of North Carolina.
