Renovation of a municipal facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Mechanical Safety and Indoor Air Quality Repairs and Upgrades project to include Indoor Air Quality Improvements for the Court of Appeals (Ruffin) Building and the Justice Building Radon testing done by a third-party Industrial Hygienist discovered there were higher than normal levels of Radon present in the below ground level areas of the buildings. Provide Engineering services for both the Justice Building and Court of Appeals (Ruffin) Building to add Dedicated Outdoor Air Systems and add a standalone space air filtration unit at Court of Appeals Building, located in Raleigh, NC. Connect new DOAS units with DDC controls that will seamlessly integrate with one of the building's current automation systems, for remote alarming, trending, monitoring, and controllability from the existing automation platform. NC Licensing Statement : In order to offer architectural, engineering, or landscape architectural services in response to this solicitation, the proposing firm must be properly licensed to practice Architecture, Engineering, or Landscape Architecture in the State of North Carolina.
