The City of Jacksonville is seeking bids (RFB) for a qualified and experienced Contractor for the pressure washing of Jacksonville Transit’s Improved and Semi-Improved Bus Stops throughout the city of Jacksonville along with pressure washing Jacksonville Station over a three-year period with two (2) option years. The City of Jacksonville will be awarding all items to one (1) bidder. The standard of award is the lowest, responsible, responsive bidder whose bid is most advantageous to the City. Currently the City has (25) Improved Stops with (31) Shelters and twenty-one (21) Semi-Improved Stops without Shelters. It is projected that Jacksonville Transit will add and remove more stops throughout the duration of this contract. Bid Submittal Requirements Bidders may submit their bid either as a hard copy or digitally as long as the due date and time requirements are met. Bids are to remain valid 60 days after receipt of bids. If the Bid is submitted digitally, no hard copies will need to be submitted. If submitting digitally, the Bidder may wish to use the email receipt confirmation to confirm delivery of the bid.
