Reference Number 0000317736 This project includes, but is not limited to, materials and labor required for HVAC replacement at City of Jacksonville City Hall for units # SSAHU-03, SSAHU-04, SSAHU-05 & SSAHU-06. This includes all equipment, ductwork, necessary plumbing and all other services to effectively install complete and functional units. The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept that Bid or Bids which appear to be in the Owner's best interest.
