For a service contract for mowing of municipally owned parks, open spaces, detention basins, pump stations and well houses, landscaping at select municipal facilities, and maintenance of playground mulch at several municipal parks and playgrounds. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et. Seq. and P.L. 1975, c.127 (NJAC 17:27-1 et. Seq.). All bids shall be submitted only at the hours, date and place indicated above for receiving sealed bids and shall be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the Bidder, addressed to the Township of Medford, a New Jersey Business Registration Certification, and must meet the requirements specified in the bid packet. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality in the bid proposals that may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Township.
