The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Bid is to establish a contract with a qualified supplier to furnish and provide inside delivery and installation of serving line equipment to Douglas S. Freeman High School located at 8701 Three Chopt Road, Henrico, Virginia, 23229 to Henrico County Public Schools ("HCPS") in accordance with the enclosed general terms, conditions, and specifications. B. Specifications. 1. Product specifications for the Serving Line are located in Attachment H and Attachment I. 2. All equipment shall be delivered to the following location: Douglas S. Freeman High School Attn: John Marshall, Principal 8701 Three Chopt Road Henrico, VA 23229 3. Delivery shall be coordinated with School Nutrition Services Maintenance Department, (804) 226-5555. 4. All work, including delivery, removal of old equipment, and installation, must be completed between the dates of August 1, 2023 and August 18, 2023.
