The Madison Board of Education of the Town of Madison, Connecticut is seeking SEALED proposals from interested individuals, contractors or consultant teams for GeoExchange testing services for a new PreK-5 elementary school on a newly acquired property located on Mungertown Road in Madison CT. The Town of Madison intends to commission one firm to provide all testing and drilling services necessary for the purpose of conductivity testing for the geothermal well field. The proposing firm will have the responsibility to provide these services through its own firm's capabilities and consultants as approved by the Owner. The Town of Madison reserves the right to waive any informalities, irregularities or defects in bids, to reject any and all bids and to accept a bid that, in its' sole discretion, is in the best interest of the Town All inquiries may be submitted to Adam Levitus of Colliers Project Leaders at adam.levitus@collierseng.com no later than Friday, March 3, 2023 at 12:00pm. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
