Site work and renovation of a civil project in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The existing stations was constructed in 1999 and the existing equipment is nearing the end of useful life. The station was built in a low-lying area that required the need for retaining walls around the station to reduce flooding. The station will need to be upgraded as well as provide site improvements around the area. This project is in included in the City's or County's FY 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of February 27, 2023, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
